Failure to perform: If successful bidder fails to close within 60 days or March 31, 2024 for any reason, bidder agrees to forfeiture of entire deposit of $5,000.
Closing: Taxes will be prorated to the closing date. The successful bidder will sign a WI Offer to Purchase agreement. Closing will be within 60 days or March 31, 2024 of the auction, no later than close of business, central time. Real estate is sold clear & free of any liens, taxes or other encumbrances. Auction end times: Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed. ie: If an auction is scheduled to close at noon, receives a bid at 11:59 the close time will automatically extend five minutes. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame.
